The Site is provided for informational purposes — to introduce our studio and the products we build. You may view its content, share its public URLs, and contact us using the email address provided.

All content on the Site — text, images, code, the Zondo wordmark, the Z mark, and the brand assets in the Brand Kit — is owned by Zondo Studios or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or republish this content without permission, except as expressly allowed below.

Press and partner use: you may use the brand assets we publish on the /brand page to refer to Zondo Studios in articles, partnership announcements, or directories, provided you follow the usage guidelines on that page (preserve gradients, no recolouring, no distortion).

The Site links to third-party websites, including our products at separate domains (such as jarrah.money). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Information about products on the Site reflects our current intent and may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Zondo Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
